1. Order Processing Time

Since our products are custom-made, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for order processing and customization.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Fee: ₹150 across India
  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹800

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp (whichever you use).

Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Remote area delivery

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
